We had the most romantic escape thanks to the amazing lounge area and the location of this hotel. The lounge area was perfect for us to enjoy a drink and relax when coming back from our day of exploring. The location was ideal, close to all the key attractions and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. Moreover, the polite and helpful staff made our stay all the more enjoyable. the hotel was great and we loved our romantic escape. Despite the minor issues in the room, we would definitely recommend staying here for the perfect location and amazing lounge area. The polite and welcoming staff make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We found a few minor issues with our room like broken items from previous tenants, dirty carpets, and walls with scuff marks. It was not possible to hang our towels or have our toiletries organized, and the bedding was not charged when we arrived. The room could do with a bit of maintenance to make it more comfortable.

The rooms were quiet and the receptionist, Mathur, was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the lounge area and the convenient location. The bathroom had some items in the wrong places but was still functional. We appreciated the prompt resolution of an issue with the bedding.

During our New Year stay, we enjoyed the quietness of the room and the helpfulness and politeness of a staff member named Mathur at the reception desk. The hotel's lounge area provided a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a busy day. Moreover, the location of the hotel couldn't be better, being close to key attractions in the city.

Our stay was marred by some negative aspects. We found some things that were broken by previous tenants, and there was no place to hang towels, soap, and toiletries. Moreover, the bathroom was not arranged properly, which made it difficult to use. Lastly, the carpet was dirty, and the walls had scuff marks left by previous tenants, which took away from the overall appearance.

The hotel had an exclusive restaurant and lounge area, which we enjoyed and found convenient due to the hotel's prime location. The room was quiet and we had access to luxurious amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. We were also pleased with the polite and helpful service provided by the reception staff.

We encountered one minor issue during our stay. Some of the bath towels and bathroom fixtures were not properly placed, possibly due to negligence by the previous tenants.
